Perrine's generosity of spirit shines through each release from L'âme Bleue, a pursuit which began when she settled in Calce in 2020. She instantly felt at home among this vibrant community of natural winemakers and now vinifies two hectares of vines. Her wines are lively, balanced and gourmand, sure to put a pep in your step.

A direct-pressing of Grenache Blanc from 30 year-old vines planted on limestone soils. This white wine exudes the generosity of the Calce terroir - beautiful, exuberant fruit paired with crisp acidity and a lasting mineral finish.

100% Muscat Petit Grains from 40 yo vines planted on schist soils in the tree- lined terroir of La Jasse. 2/3 direct- pressed, 1/3 macerated for 10 days. Aged in fiberglass tanks for 10 months. Unfined, unfiltered, with no sulfites added.

A blouge of direct-pressed Grenache Blanc, delicately infused with small, concentrated berries of Syrah. Notes of strawberry and grenadine saunter out of the glass and onto the palate in this energetic chillable red.

L’ÂME BLEUE :: Meharée
Méharée, which in French, evokes images of long expeditions in the desert on camelback, is a nod to Perrine’s journey from north of the Loire all the way south to the Roussillon, which she has called home since 2020. A blend of Syrah from 10 year-old vines planted on clay- limestone soils (50%) and Grenache Noir (30%) and Carignan (20%) from 80 yo goblet-trained vines rooted in limestone bedrock.

A divinely elegant and silky blend of old-vine Grenache Noir and Syrah, grown on limestone and schist soils. Wines are fermented separately, before blending and élevage in barriques & amphora for 12 months.

L’ÂME BLEUE :: Sans Contrefaçon
2/3 old-vine Grenache Noir, 1/3 Syrah. The juice of 2021 vintage Grenache that had not finished fermenting is passed over the marc cap of 2022 Grenache, then blended with Syrah that had been macerating in amphora for 15 days. Aged for an additional 10 months in tank.
